Carrie has been helping employers comply with employment laws for over 20 years. She worked for Paychex, ADP Total Source, and two local Georgia PEO companies in her early years. In 2008, she formed her own Consulting Company and focused on building her company in 2010.
With a proven track record, Carrie's areas of expertise include executive and employee relations, regulatory compliance, policy implementation, training, compensation, and risk management. Carrie is results-driven and has been instrumental in managing various successful workplace initiatives to include Drug-Free Workplace programs, global restructuring efforts, national compensation reviews, and mandatory return to work light duty programs.
Carrie conducts workplace harassment and discrimination investigations and provides consulting services, including writing employee handbooks and advising employers on disciplinary and termination issues. She has successfully disputed over 30 EEOC claims and mediated several DOL and ICE investigations. Her clients have experienced lowered workers' compensation premiums, unemployment rates, and increased retention.
As a trainer, Carrie trains various companies on key topics such as Social Media, Managing Millennials, Sexual Harassment, Performance Management, Effective Interviewing, Hiring Practices, and Disciplinary and Termination Procedures. Carrie is a certified Drug Free Workplace Trainer.
Carrie is from Rochester, NY, and currently resides in Woodstock, GA, with her husband.
Taylor is a recent graduate from Life University. She joined LA in 2019 as a Student Intern. Taylor is motivated and passionate with 2 years of experience in human resources. She supports her clients by administering benefits programs, conducting new hire orientations, and providing HR guidance.
When Taylor is not helping her clients, she is coaching young volleyball players and her Golden Doodle, Ruby. Taylor is originally from Jacksonville, FL.
Dawn began her career in the Multi-Family Industry as a Leasing Agent and worked her way up to Management. She spent 10+ years meeting people from all over the world as she lived and worked near Maxwell AFB (a hub for both national and international officer training schools) in Montgomery, Al. Her life changed when she met her husband, Ken, and moved with him to the Atlanta metro area. Her career changed as well, by her taking on a more administrative role with a national Multi-Family company based in Alpharetta. She fully immersed herself into the human resources and payroll aspect of her last position and found her previous interaction with people from all walks of life came in very handy. Dawn is very meticulous when it comes to human resources, payroll, and benefits administration.
Dawn and her family live in Woodstock and love it! When Dawn is not working, she is normally enjoying time with her husband, daughter and their two adorable mutts: Steve and Percy. Her dogs (aka her four-legged sons) are both rescues and absolutely part of the Stillings’ family!
