Carrie Lambert is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Lambert and Associates, LLC. With 25+ years of HR leadership and HR outsourcing experience, she partners with business owners and leadership teams to build compliant, people-centered workplaces and practical HR systems that scale.
Carrie began her career at Paychex Business Solutions as a Client Relations Manager, advising employers on HR guidance, employee relations, policy updates, and manager training.
She went on to serve in Human Resource Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Vice President of Human Resources roles, leading core HR functions across payroll, benefits, risk management/workers’ compensation, and client services in multi-state environments.
Known for clear guidance and practical execution, Carrie supports clients with employee relations, investigations, policy development, unemployment claims, and EEO/DOL matters, and she has developed and delivered management training programs on topics such as harassment prevention, performance management, effective hiring and termination practices, diversity in the workplace, and drug-free workplace programs.
Carrie is from Fairport, New York. She studied International Business at the University of Tampa and completed a Human Resources Management Generalist Program through Kennesaw State University. She also studied Women’s Leadership at Cornell University.

Her background spans both corporate and contract roles, leading full-cycle recruitment, optimizing onboarding processes, and designing employee engagement programs that strengthen retention. Jennifer has managed multi-regional recruiting teams, developed strategic partnerships with educational institutions, and implemented data-driven hiring processes that reduce costs and accelerate time-to-fill. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and measurable results.
In addition to her recruitment expertise, Jennifer has a strong foundation in HR operations, policy development, and compliance. She has overseen performance management programs, training initiatives, benefits benchmarking, and HRIS integrations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and workforce capabilities. Known for building trust with executives, hiring managers, and employees alike, Jennifer creates inclusive workplace cultures where people can thrive. Andi is highly proficient in BambooHR, Paycor, iSolved, and Employee Navigator, helping ensure accurate processing, clean documentation, and a smooth experience for both employees and client contacts.
Andi Shea is originally from Binghamton, New York. She earned a B.A. in Communications from St. Bonaventure University and went on to complete both an M.A. in Political Science and an M.P.A. at Binghamton University (SUNY). Her background includes administrative support roles in human services organizations such as People, Inc. (Buffalo, NY) and Just People, Inc. (Roswell, GA), as well as professional experience across multiple regions including Los Angeles, Boston, Lexington (KY), and Upstate New York.
